In her role as Chief Strategy Officer at Chalhoub, Jasmina heads Intelligence, Strategy and Growth (ISG) business unit at the Group.
Her responsibilities include:
- Trends scouting and opportunity identification
- Global and regional macro-economic tracking
- GCC prestige beauty and luxury fashion market intelligence
- Consumer insights
- Corporate and business unit strategy
- Business advisory
- Business development
- Venturing into new categories
Jasmina has 17+ years of working experience across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and Australia. Prior to joining Chalhoub, she spent 10 years in management consulting, reaching the level of Associate Partner at McKinsey and Company. She led over 50 projects in consumer facing industries, serving 30+ different companies on topics of corporate strategy and growth, digital business building, and end-to-end transformations. Before consulting, she worked as a big data scientist in telecoms and technology.
She is passionate about two topics: luxury and women in workplace.
Jasmina is a Croatian national, and holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and a post-graduate degree in Management.
