What you will be doing 

Responsible for retail sales of area & per door ensuring corporate goals are achieved. Recruit, integrate  and develop Beauty Advisors. Manage and animate Beauty Advisors/ Experts  and free-lancers in executing events &  in day-to-day counter operations, in both cases sales & service are maximized. Responsible for Business planning, negotiation and good relationship building with retailer.

Assure proper brand image, merchandising, stocks are met.

What you'll need to succeed 

Job Requirement

1.Minimum 5 years experience as a Counter Manager in top door  and candidate must Bachelor degree and minimum of 3-4 years experience in cosmetic or retail management.
2.Self motivated, results oriented, creative thinker
3.Strong communication and organizational skills
4.Accute business sense
5.Analytical in approach to identifying opportunities
6.High sense of luxury and luxury customer service
7.Negotiation skills
8.Proven experience in evaluating, motivating & coaching the Sales sales staff
9.Proficient computer skills necessary – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
