What you'll be doing 

At Chalhoub, creativity comes alive! Working as a Store Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the store maximises its commercial performance and delivers exceptional Guest Experience. You will also drive both eNPS and cNPS through the implementation of People and CX strategies.

  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge and application techniques with an in-depth understanding on service excellence & brand expectation on best in class service.
  • Lead by example to drive team to deliver outstanding customer service.  
  • Lead & drive the team to achieve store retail targets by delivering outstanding customer service.  
  • Keep track on Retail KPI’s and prevailing market information.  Identify business opportunities at counter and coordinate with retail and training team for actions to maximize selling opportunities.  
  • Responsible for managing daily, weekly and monthly operations such as target setting, reporting, action plans Gaia & BA app usage.
  • Follow brand CRM procedures to recruit and loyalize customers.
  • Drive the counter quality merchandising and ensure it complies to Brand Guidelines.
  • Motivate, coach and develop team members and identify high potentials.
  • In counter develop and maintain positive with relationship with department floor managers as well as L'Oréal management.
  • In boutique/counter resolve operational issues with autonomy and be able to think outside the box to come up with  solutions 

What you'll need to succeed 

  •  UAE  Arabic, Mandarin & Russian an advantage
  • +2 years in Retail Sales with experience in cosmetics preferred.
  • Experienced Make up Artist
  • Previous experience in management an advantage
  • Secondary School or Degree in Business Management
