What you will be doing
We are currently looking for a Retail Recruitment Expert based in Lebanon and Operating regionally to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 6 month temporary contract with the possibility of making the position permanent.
As a Recruitment Consultant you would support the group in attracting talent matching business units and brands requirements. You would handle the 360 degrees process of recruitment from leading briefing meetings with the hiring managers, to sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating with relevant stakeholders until a vacancy is filled.

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working in Retail recruitment covering mid-to-senior management roles is a must
- At least 5 years of relevant talent acquisition experience in a fast paced work environment is a must. Exposure to both in-house and agency recruitment, ATS and using Linkedin recruiter would be a plus
- Amazing multitasking and time management skills. Ability to manage your own time efficiently and responsibly - this is a remote role hence you must be motivated to work independently whilst being able to collaborate with the team efficiently
- Must possess high levels of emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills both in English and Arabic.
- You must be an open diplomatic communicator, people oriented and have a natural ability to connect and engage with individuals at all levels.
- Having a university degree in HR, Business or any related fields always helps!
