What you will be doing 

 We are looking for a dynamic Training Executive to join our team by support our training function and our team of trainers! Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for training coordination, administrative duties, enhancing training activities and include enhancing social media blended learning platforms with our employees. You will be planning and implementing digital and social media training programs and other initiatives in a way that is interesting and useful to our trainers and employees and provide a fresh take on learning opportunities. 

  • Participate in creating and implementing digital and social media training programs and content
  • Drive new and exciting Gen-Z relevant training campaigns to both BA and end consumer training techniques and actively seek new trends relevant to keep training content evolving with the fast-paced Gen-Z trend changes
  • Provide a fresh take on new educational opportunities based on relevant research on the industry and competitor brands
  • Recommend new training opportunities or enhance current programs to be locally relevant or according to market needs
  • Training Coordination and Administration Duties (example: P.O’s, internal orders, training information coordination, room bookings, send-outs)
  • Vendor/ supplier/ customer service communication on any local production of training assets
  • Coordination of training materials and assets to training teams and retail training partners
  • Support training collation of all training managers feedback and tracking reports for new launches, training focuses and initiatives
  • Support coordination of education recaps for reporting purposes 
  • Support training teams with planning and execution (room setups/ supplies etc

What you'll need to succeed 

  • Arabic & English skills essential (Speak. Read. Write)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Ability to think creatively, take initiative and willing to learn  
  • Ability to work with a team and attention to detail
  • Confident in operating digital and social media platforms
  • Good computer skills: Microsoft Suite: Office, PowerPoint, Excel
