What you will be doing 

  • Co-create, lead and deploy culture and people experience strategies in country with COMEX 
  • Lead group culture initiatives in collaboration with CoEs and people partners
  • Design and test-bed culture and people experience initiatives in Country and share back with Group
  • Adopt, customize and embed people experience & culture initiatives, make relevant
  • Run employee voice workshops, focus groups, events and townhalls
  • Support business leaders in co-creating powerful team cultures
  • Create and run people-centered culture change management and communications campaigns
  • Drive our engagement through our internal and external social media channels 
  • Lead group culture initiatives, test-bed in country, and share back with the Group
  • Deploy group UX and people experience products in country, e.g. onboarding, internal mobility
  • Run design thinking workshops to customize group employee journeys 
  • Make remote working tools available and customize to country needs
  • Deploy hybrid and flexible working 
  • Lead our Great Place to Work initiative
  • Drive, enable, and inspire People Experience & Culture Communities in increasing engagement and employee satisfaction
  • Activate group culture initiatives across country (office, stores, warehouse)
  • Adopt, customize and embed People Experience & Culture initiatives to country
  • Identify people experience challenges & pain points through focus groups and drive action plan implementation
  • Partner with country leadership team to drive culture shaping and workplace improvements in country
  • Manage end-to-end marketing and communications of the different People Experience & Culture initiatives
  • Source and drive wellbeing initiatives across country (office, stores, warehouse)

What you'll need to succeed 

 Superior interpersonal and communication skills

 

Experience of leading and developing teams to deliver an exceptional
customer experience to internal and external partners

 

Preferred 4-6  years of relevant HR  experience & culture Management
