What you will be doing 

As the Head of Marketing - Own Concept, you'll be reporting to the business leaders. Responsible for setting up the brand’s strategy, building brand sustainability, goals, objectives and budgets for the short and long term for the KSA market. Responsible for setting the tone of the marketing department with focus on CX, loyalty, insights, and partnerships. Responsible for leading the human capital in your area, directly or through subordinate managers, ensuring the excellence of marketing performance


- Define the brand strategy and marketing budget for the region  

- Define and oversee the development of the corporate brand guidelines and ensure alignment with brand strategy on branding, advertising, visual, brochures, packaging, collaterals and digital assets 

- Define regional marketing e-com plan & adapted tools (Direct Marketing, PR, Media, Digital), sign off the plan and tools development 

- Define the CRM strategy

- Supervise the retail marketing (gain customer knowledge, and define plan to improve customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, sales, service)

- Monitor regional brand performance and define marketing KPIs 

- Lead the Own Concepts marketing team in addition to being the go to leader and advisor for all marketing related activities in KSA and the person who cascades the overall company marketing vision and aligns it with market requirements and standards 

What you'll need to succeed 

You would be a seasoned professional ideally holding a Masters degree from a recognized business school in Retail/ Brand/ Marketing Management or Digital Marketing. 

You would have a minimum 11 years of experience in a leadership strategic role in Marketing of Global brands in FMCG, Luxury, B2C, Brand development, digital marketing, Retail Marketing ideally for multiple networks and multiple markets. 

You would have previous experience operating at a strategic level, leading a large team in a large organization. Previous agency, consulting experience handling B2C would be considered a great plus. 

Previous experience / exposure, understanding of the KSA market, culture, customers is a requirement for this role

You would be a true leader but equally down to earth, diplomatic and capable of working with various people at all levels.
