What you'll be doing
Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
Standard Operating Procedures
Knowledge of established standard operating procedures (SOP) and ability to design, implement and evaluate standard operating procedures affecting daily and strategic business operations in order to increase operational efficiency.
Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Technical - CRM
Customer Experience Management
Knowledge of and ability to implement the strategies and techniques used to ensure that customers have a positive experience with the organization's products and services at every touch point.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Knowledge of CRM concepts and strategies, and the ability to design, implement and execute CRM business processes and associated applications.
Technical - Information Technology
Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and processes of design thinking; ability to utilize the knowledge in designing new products and services and even improving organizational operation.
Technical - Marketing
Knowledge of business development tools, techniques and approaches; ability to explore and develop potential areas of business growth for the organization.
Technical - Sales
Product Development Strategy
Knowledge of the principles and practices for designing product development strategy; ability to design and implement a product development strategy within the organization.
