What you will be doing
As a Retail Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that Store Directors/Managers maximize the commercial performance of their retail shops and deliver exceptional Guest Experience.
You will be responsible for establishing a bridge between back-office and their network of stores which they control/audit on a continuous basis and implement corrective solutions and actions
Your responsibilities will include; Understanding the brand strategy and cascading it within the given network in conjunction with Marketing.
Ensure the full implementation of the of marketing and CX strategies and programs whilst also Implementing brand guidelines taking in consideration each market specifications
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have:
- Strong business acumen with relevant previous experience in the field
- A strong communicator who is employee and customer centric
- Strong in reporting and collaboration
- Ability to lead large teams efficiently
- Good use of Excel & PowerPoint
