What you'll be doing
Omni-Channel Operations Lead
Our Omni-Channel Operations Lead is responsible for coordinating big projects and/or managing small projects in the scope of the company's Omni-channel program such as Order Management and Product Management implementations across different brands.
A successful candidate will identify deviations to project timelines and resources and report in a timely manner, helping to deliver the project on time and within scope. H/she will be responsible for making sure the project is well documented and will ensure that governance is followed. H/she will be able to coordinate projects in Waterfall as well as Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
We are looking for people with proven experience in project management that involves both technological as well as change management and business process engineering components.
Ideally, the candidate will possess relevant experience in Retail, Wholesale and Distribution of consumer goods domains and will have experience in coordinating cross-functional projects in a project management or product management capacity.
This position focuses on Level shoes E-commerce operation online order fulfilment and Delivery/Collection process, performance improvement, Manage all enhancement relevant operational inputs for OMS, CARRIYO and Magento, Jira. Effective communication with Level product, MKT and trading team. Review and monitoring all courier performance and ensure necessary enhancement and development by coordinating with all stake holders.
- Coordinate Omni-Channel Projects under the supervision of a Fulfillment and last mile Manager
- Support on project plans and task lists (KSA, KWT and International expansions)
- Communicate and report on the progress of activities on a weekly basis to all stakeholders
- Manage the project repository and keep project documents up to date
- Proactively highlight risks and propose mitigation plans
- Mobilize and request for resources as required
- Review CS feedback analysis (Weekly) for fulfillment (Pick and Pack) and last mile.
- SLA monitoring of all courier and manage their performance.
- Last mile Weekly reconciliation (Sunday and Wednesday) to identify and act on necessary action plan.
- Monitor return Flow and ensure Fifo/Concession’s priority.
- Validate all courier Invoice and confirm to finance.
- Budget tracking and monitor all expense and highlight to respective with action plan.
- Manage relationships with service providers, partners and suppliers that are part of the program
- Create and establish a productive work environment for all teams involved.
- Manage OMS and Carriyo tickets and Jira system.
What you’ll need to succeed
Great understanding of omni-channel logistics operations
Understand how inbound, outbound and last mile logistics operate
Working experience with omni-channel operations optimisation
Able to lead top-to-top risk mitigation discussions with key stakeholders - internal and external
Strong understanding of present and up-and-coming technologies to accelerate the value of SCM
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain or any relevant field
Excel and reporting skills
Excellent problem solving skills
