What You'll be Doing
The CRM trainee will support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, and WhatsApp) for prestigious luxury beauty brands. This role will contribute to enhancing customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion through strategic CRM initiatives, email marketing, and personalized communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in developing and maintaining a strategic CRM communications calendar in collaboration with the CRM Manager and brand teams to align with key business objectives.
Support executing multi-channel CRM campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across email, SMS, and WhatsApp, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the creative team to secure high-quality assets and work with internal and brand teams to ensure the seamless execution of CRM strategies.
Utilize customer data to identify and create targeted audience segments, delivering personalized marketing communications.
Assist in conducting A/B testing to optimize CRM messaging and campaign effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer touchpoints and maximize commercial opportunities.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing automation strategies for all Beauty Franchise Brands.
Track and analyze CRM campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Prepare monthly reports, summarizing key learnings and future optimizations for each brand.
