Multilingual innovation and strategy expert, Ludivine is the Head of Strategy at Chalhoub Group in Dubai where she relocated five years ago.
Her work spans from strategic thinking and planning to the inception and implementation of strategic initiatives at Group level. Her team’s mission is to be a driving force for the Group to achieve its long-term Vision and to strengthen its competitive advantages in an ever-changing and challenging environment.
Having worked in various consultancies in New York, Paris, Shanghai and London, Ludivine has experience running strategic and innovation projects in collaboration with global companies across a variety of sectors including the hospitality and travel businesses, TMT, retail and personal goods industries, especially for luxury and premium brands. As a curious mind, she is particularly passionate about how to combine strategic thinking and innovation to build the future of the Chalhoub Group whilst unlocking growth opportunities.
Ludivine graduated with a MSc in Business and Management from HEC Paris and with a MS in Media and Communications Strategies from the London School of Economics. Passionate about premium and luxury brands and how HNWI audiences respond to changes on the luxury goods market, she also holds a certificate in Management and Strategy of Luxury Companies from the SDA Bocconi. Always keen to learn and grow, she has an Advanced Degree in Brand Strategy from Harvard Business School Executive Education and earned a certificate in Leadership from Stanford School of Business.
Driven by team work and collaboration, Ludivine gives back by mentoring students and young professionals as well as being active in various women leadership initiatives.
