The Group’s objective is to strengthen the relationship with our luxury partners and customers by increasing our online presence over all touch points such as web, mobile, tablets and kiosks in-store and with our partners by supporting them with their online activities.

Our E-commerce division are responsible for the overall digital existence of our brands in the specific regions through Chalhoub owned official brand websites. 

We are investing heavily in digital business to keep up with our transformation, and are working continuously to integrate our sites for all the digital activities happening in the Group. We must be in the know with the latest digital trends to be able to compete in todays market.

We are constantly building our knowledge and expertise in the digital fields and have great career paths available for digital innovators at Group or brand level.

  • My journey started 8 years ago when I joined Chalhoub Group Logistics team as a Sales Administrator. Taking my experience and logistics knowledge, I moved into an exciting role as Purchase coordinator with Level Shoes. I then moved into a role with Tumi as Junior Brand Analyst for a year then joined the Tory Burch E-commerce team as E-commerce Operations Coordinator. E-commerce is the future for luxury retail brands, I believe it’s important to enhance your knowledge and skills as there is so much to learn every day from your work & your team.
