ABOUT US

Our Retail Development Department supports all businesses in their strategic real estate planning including:

1- Suggesting cities, malls, and locations within malls based on brand wish-list and industry insight on mall and customer profile

2- Negotiating with malls/landlords on commercial terms and conditions

3- Renegotiation of commercial terms upon expiry and/or based on performance

4- Closure of stores where requested

5- Sourcing of kiosks/podiums as per business requirements

6- Providing market intelligence regarding malls and competition (GLA, footfall, etc.) through the RPD platform

7- Supporting marketing strategy or implementation based on information and relationship with the mall/landlord
