Our Retail Development Department supports all businesses in their strategic real estate planning including:

  • Suggesting cities, malls, and locations within malls based on brand wish-list and industry insight on mall and customer profile
  • Negotiating with malls/landlords on commercial terms and conditions
  • Renegotiation of commercial terms upon expiry and/or based on performance
  • Closure of stores where requested
  • Sourcing of kiosks/podiums as per business requirements
  • Providing market intelligence regarding malls and competition (GLA, footfall, etc.) through the RPD platform
  • Supporting marketing strategy or implementation based on information and relationship with the mall/landlord
