What you'll be doing
- Conduct intensive and structured prospecting of new customers to identify and develop new accounts
- Responsible for the operations of a company's sales force, development and implementation of annual sales
- monitoring performance of teams and sales goals Introduce the company’s profile and communicate the selection of products available
- Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by follow up on orders, deliveries and collections
- Follow and apply the agreed discount policy according to quantity sold per account.
- Customer Service:
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships and build strong loyalty Handle and respond to existing products queries from customers quickly, effectively and accurately
- Provide customers with the appropriate selection, sampling of products in response of their inquiries and provide the quotations accordingly
- Anticipate the customers ’s needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet these needs
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed of the market conditions and trends in the field pertinent to products
- Make out correct and tailored quotations based on in depth knowledge of the products
- Reporting:
- Update regularly the customer “visiting card” (last visit date, purpose of the visit...) Maintain customers’ files (i.e. quotes, LPO’s, correspondence, invoices, collection status...)
- Keep records of customers’ presentation proposals Generate monthly sales report, customer account report, and pending payments, to be submitted to Line Manager and/or GM
