What you'll be doing
As a Senior Associate – Copywriting and Content Creation, you will be responsible for assisting the People Communications function in developing and executing communication strategies to promote the People & Culture goals and objectives.
- Produce engaging written content for various people/HR initiatives and projects, including but not limited to policies, announcements, emails, speeches, and other people-related communications.
- Develop compelling digital content across multiple platforms, including social media, Group website, newsletters, and internal communications channels.
- Ensure all written content is grammatically correct and aligned with the Group’s tone of voice guidelines.
- Create in-house communication materials, including flyers, infographics, posters, banners, invitations and any HR-related visual.
- Collaborate with the Group Comms design team to ensure visually appealing content assets that align with the Group brand guidelines.
- Support the creative team with publication activities, incl. photo search, applying graphic charter, layout of internal documents.
- Assist in planning and project managing internal and external events, such as townhalls, culture bootcamps, recognition programs, awards, wellbeing initiatives. speaking opportunities, interviews, etc.
- Handle the awards submissions process, including gathering necessary materials, writing compelling narratives, coordinating with different stakeholders, and adhering to submission deadlines.
- Handle the posting of People updates on the Group’s intranet and mobile application.
- Produce high-quality photography and videography content to cover events, capture people experiences, and showcase our Group culture.
- Create instructional videos, manuals, and guides to support various HR initiatives, policies, and training programs.
- Utilize photography and videography equipment and editing software to enhance visual storytelling and maintain brand consistency.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Translation, or a related field with a focus on people and organizational communications.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in copywriting, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, French is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in photography, videography and visual content creation techniques is preferred.
- Highly organized administrative and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Familiarity with intranet software or tools and social media management tools.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and videography editing software is a plus
