ABOUT US
Our Administration department is a key function in enabling all our employees to work in a safe, healthy and pleasant office environment. Our team is responsible for the implementation of compliance with applicable regulations in all our operating sites.
You will work on coordinating activities with all Group functions to ensure efficiency, while maintaining compliance with regulations of each country.
Your work will have a direct impact on workplace policy implementation, while supporting the Group in its transformation journey. Our Administration department is the backbone of the company, providing services to all our different business units across Group.
You could expect to work in coordination with 3rd party providers for things such as cleaning, pest control, utility bills. We have roles that span across office assistants and administrators, receptionists, drivers and maintenance.
