What you'll be doing  

• Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary consideration business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
• Distribution Center Management GCF: Knowledge of distribution processes, issues and considerations; ability to effectively manage the receipt, storage and distribution of inventory to stores and/or customer.
• Performance Management and Continuous Improvement: To be able to deploy Performance Management and Continuous Improvement range of business skills critical to ensure effective operation of the supply chain.
• Retail Supply Chain Management: Mastery in orchestrating retail supply chain operations across the entire logistical spectrum. Individuals progress from  foundational knowledge, understanding supply chain principles, to actively managing and optimizing retail supply chains. At advanced levels, excel in strategic management, influencing industry practices, predicting trends, and establishing partnerships. This competency involves a comprehensive understanding and strategic application of retail supply chain management to ensure seamless and efficient retail operations.
• Stakeholder Management: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with busine stakeholder and peers.
• Supply Chain Management Applications: Knowledge of and ability to design, develop and implement a whole range of application tools or modules used in Supp
  Chain Management (SCM).
