Wear That is a leading personal styling service, designed to empower women through fashion. We’re passionate about making styling accessible and creating personalized experiences for our customers. As we expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainee to support our Growth Marketing team.
What you'll be doing
The Digital Marketing Trainee will support the Growth Marketing team in executing performance marketing campaigns, optimizing CRM efforts, and analyzing data to drive customer acquisition and retention. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, working closely with the Growth Marketing Lead on paid media, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
The trainee will be exposed to various digital marketing functions, including paid social, paid search, email marketing, SMS marketing, and campaign performance analysis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, data-driven decision-making, and learning how to scale a fast-growing fashion-tech brand.
Performance Marketing Support
- Assist in managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Support audience segmentation and A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics like ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Support developing an SEO & content marketing as well as any other beneficial organic marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the creative team
CRM & Retention Marketing
- Assist in email & SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and optimization.
- Segment customer data for personalized lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Support the automation of CRM workflows, including abandoned cart reminders, win-back campaigns, and loyalty-driven communications.
- Analyze email open rates, CTRs, and conversions to improve campaign effectiveness.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators for paid and CRM campaigns.
- Generate insights from campaign performance and propose actionable optimizations.
- Work with marketing dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools) to monitor growth trends.
- Present weekly reports to the Growth Marketing Lead with learnings and recommendations.
- Develop social listening reports (monitoring brand mentions, audience sentiment, and trends).
Market & Competitor Research
- Conduct research on digital marketing trends, competitor campaigns, and industry best practices.
- Identify new digital marketing channels and innovative campaign ideas that could enhance performance.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Education: Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Passion for Digital Marketing: Strong interest in performance marketing, paid advertising, and CRM.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data and drawing insights from campaign performance.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar) is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks with accuracy.
- Creative Thinker: Interest in developing engaging ad creatives and marketing messages.
- Proactive & Willing to Learn: Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute new ideas.
- Arabic speaking is a plus
