What you'll be doing
Support the Head of Brand in the execution of marketing, retail, and brand strategies across all fine jewelry brands under the scope, ensuring the alignment of brand messaging, retail execution, and customer experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with the ability to learn and grow within the fine jewelry sector
- Support in executing and implementing marketing, PR, and communication strategies across all jewelry brands.
- Assist in the development and execution of retail and commercial strategies to drive sales and customer engagement. Support retail strategy execution by ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience, coordinating in-store events, managing stock levels, and supporting sales growth.
- Conduct sales analysis and provide insights to optimize business performance
- Perform market trend analysis specifically within the jewelry sector in the Middle East to identify opportunities
- Assist with logistics during the acquisition of new products, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient operations
- Support team management by providing administrative and operational assistance
- Assist with boutique visits and relationship-building with store teams to enhance collaboration and performance.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Basic Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, and communication strategies.
- Familiarity with how brands engage with their audience and support marketing campaigns.
- •Retail Awareness: An interest in retail operations and customer experience, with a basic understanding of how stores run, including visual merchandising and sales support
- Sales Data Familiarity: Ability to assist with tracking and reporting sales data. Willingness to learn how to analyze sales trends and support the team in identifying areas for growth
- Interest in Luxury Brands: Basic understanding of the luxury market, especially fine jewelry, and the importance of brand image and customer care in the high-end retail sector
- •Team Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with different teams (marketing, retail, logistics), showing initiative and a positive attitude in contributing to team efforts.
