What you'll be doing
CRM System Management
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM software usage
- Resolve any technical issues that arise related to the CRM system
- Work closely with IT, marketing, and sales teams to integrate CRM processes into workflows
Campaign Development
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to engage, retain, and upsell customers
- Analyze customer and CRM data to identify trends, preferences, and provide actionable insights to marketing patterns
Customer Retention & Engagement
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention through personalized outreach
- Develop loyalty programs, feedback loops, and customer satisfaction surveys
- Improve clienteling and customer retention across the region
- Ensure 100% data completeness
Reporting & Performance Metrics
- Create dashboards and reports to share CRM insights such as customer acquisition and retention rates with leadership.
What you’ll need to succeed
Behavioral Competencies:
- Agility, Resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- Inclusive mindset and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Creativity and high problem solving skills to bring new ideas.
- Arabic writing skills is a plus.
Technical Competencies:
- 2+ years experience in CRM/Clienteling or similar fields.
- Familiar with salesforce and CRM processes
- Excellent data managing skills: data completion, linkage etc.
- Confident excel and reporting skills
- Retail experience is a plus
