What you'll be doing
Working as a CRM Lead, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of customer engagement initiatives to drive frequency, retention, loyalty, and lifetime value. This role will be responsible for designing data-driven CRM programs, leveraging automation and personalization, and continuously optimizing campaigns to enhance the customer experience. You will have a strong analytical mindset, deep expertise in CRM tools, and a passion for delivering high-impact customer interactions.
CRM Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to maximize customer frequency, retention and lifetime value.
- Lead end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and personalized communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Ops, and Tech) to enhance CRM capabilities and ensure seamless integration across touchpoints.
Customer Segmentation & Personalization
- Leverage data insights to define and refine customer segments, ensuring targeted and relevant messaging.
- Implement AI-driven personalization strategies to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
Lifecycle & Loyalty Programs
- Design and manage customer lifecycle programs, ensuring timely and relevant communication at each stage.
- Oversee the development and optimization of loyalty programs that drive engagement and repeat purchases.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on CRM campaign performance, using insights to optimize strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other marketing platforms and customer data sources.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all CRM activities comply with data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
- Stay ahead of CRM trends, innovations, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
What you will need to succeed
- Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing from a lead/managerial position
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and loyalty strategies.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or subscription-based businesses is a plus.
