What you'll be doing
As a Senior Marketing Associate at Tanagra, you will play a crucial role in driving the brand’s visibility and growth through the execution of integrated marketing strategies. You will work closely with the Marketing Specialist and cross-functional teams to develop and implement trade marketing initiatives, organize high-profile events, manage PR and media activities, and lead influencer marketing efforts. You will also be responsible for nurturing partnerships, orchestrating 360-degree marketing launches, and ensuring all communications reflect Tanagra’s brand values of luxury and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Trade Marketing:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to support retail and sales teams in driving brand visibility and product sell-through.
- Collaborate with retail and merchandising teams to plan in-store activations and promotions that enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of trade marketing initiatives and optimize strategies based on insights and ROI metrics.
2. Events Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-profile luxury events, including product launches, VIP experiences, and brand collaborations.
- Manage event logistics, budgeting, and post-event analysis, ensuring a seamless experience that aligns with Tanagra’s brand image.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of events, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
3. PR & Media Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and journalists to secure coverage in luxury, lifestyle, and trade publications.
- Coordinate with content team or PR agencies to produce press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials, ensuring consistent messaging across all communications.
- Track media coverage, report on PR performance, and manage media partnerships to maximize brand exposure.
4. Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and content creators who align with Tanagra’s luxury brand values.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and product visibility.
- Measure and report on influencer campaign performance, optimizing strategies to enhance ROI.
5. Partnerships:
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities with luxury brands, designers, and organizations to elevate Tanagra’s market presence.
- Manage partnership negotiations, contracts, and execution plans to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with partners to explore new opportunities and joint initiatives.
6. 360 Marketing Campaigns:
- Lead the development and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive approach across all channels including digital, social media, in-store, and offline.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and retail teams to bring campaigns to life, ensuring messaging consistency and visual excellence.
- Track the performance of integrated campaigns and provide recommendations for future improvements.
7. Communications:
- Work with cross-functional teams on all brand communications, including newsletters, social media content, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, maintaining Tanagra’s voice of luxury, elegance, and sophistication.
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually compelling content that reflects the brand’s identity.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury retail or a high-end brand.
- Proven experience in trade marketing, event management, PR, influencer marketing, and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of 360-degree marketing and integrated campaign execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with a passion for luxury and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, social media analytics, project management platforms).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in traditional marketing and good understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of luxury consumer behavior and market trends.
Bilingual skills, particularly in English and Arabic
