What you'll be doing
We’re looking for a passionate and driven People s Culture Trainee to join our Luxury Tech division at Chalhoub Group.
This is a 6-month opportunity based in Riyadh, designed to give you hands-on exposure across core areas of HR from recruitment and onboarding to learning, employee engagement, and cultural initiatives with the possibility to transition into a full-time role based on your performance and team needs.
Recruitments Onboarding
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to screen candidates, schedule interviews, follow up on open vacancies, and provide weekly status reports
- Assist with onboarding logistics, preparing welcome kits, and supporting employee induction processes
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards to ensure up-to-date visibility on all hiring activity
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives (recognition programs, offsites, wellness events)
- Assist with internal communication content (emails, WhatsApp messages, posters)
- Help capture and analyze feedback through surveys and pulse forms
- Work closely with the Brand Trainer to coordinate logistics for training sessions and workshops
- When required, support with tracking attendance, gathering feedback, and maintaining learning records
- Assist with rolling out development programs such as Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and 360° feedback
HR operations Reporting
- Maintain HR trackers and data (leave records, Kronos updates, etc.)
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards
- Provide day-to-day administrative support on People-related matters
What you’ll need to succeed
- A fresh graduate or early-career professional in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Based in Riyadh and available to join immediately
- Passionate about people, workplace culture, and building positive employee experiences
- An extrovert and a people person who thrives in collaborative, diverse team settings
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Both English & Arabic (Spoken and Written)
