What you'll be doing
Our Brand Associate is responsible for working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive commercial growth and deliver topline targets. The role combines market analysis, performance tracking, and strategic execution to optimize brand performance across B2B and B2C channels.
You will work closely with brand owners and key clients, leveraging insights from sales data, competitor activity, and market trends to support business strategies and uncover new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the assigned portfolio of beauty brand (s) with ownership of commercial performance.
Monitor and analyze sales data, KPIs, and market trends to provide regular reporting and actionable recommendations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, ensuring alignment on strategy and business priorities.
Support the implementation of trade marketing and sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration.
Participate in negotiations with B2B and/or B2C clients to agree on pricing, business models, and commercial terms.
Support in preparation of internal yearly budgets and seasonal forecasts based on historical performance and market insights.
Conduct market visits to gather competitive intelligence, track retail execution, and assess customer feedback.
Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to monitor P&Ls, inventory, and overall brand profitability.
Identify and propose new business development opportunities for the brand(s)
Coordinate resolutions of commercial, logistical, or operational issues affecting the assigned brands, including product returns, quality concerns, and payments.
Provide regular reports, updates and insights to senior management on portfolio performance, market developments, and growth opportunities.
