What you'll be doing
Role Purpose
Lead people-related initiatives and change projects that help achieve the business long-term strategy. Ensure the right people aspects are addressed and aligned to deliver strong impact as part of broader, major people transformations. Provide support to the business, through People Partners, in managing and accompanying various changes.
What you’ll need to succeed
1. Diagnose, scope, project manage and deliver change management initiatives and projects, assessing and optimizing change strategies and aligning practices with other experts in the Group to enable effective adoption.
2. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (Business leaders, People Partners, Change Management Leads and HR Competence Centres) to ensure smooth and consistent change execution across the business.
3. Define Change Management strategies for selected initiatives with clear milestones across key facets of Change Management, including executive alignment, stakeholder analysis, management, and communication, readiness assessments, journey mapping, change impacts identification and risk management.
4. Continuously assess impact and adjust (as needed) change initiatives and projects to ensure they remain aligned with relevant changes in the Group strategy and related transformations.
5. Analyze data and provide reports on different metrics including project progress, possible risks, resource / budget allocation, etc.
6. Ensure teams participating in project execution carry out their tasks efficiently and in line with Group standards.
7. Shape stakeholder engagement and required documentation at different stages of the project, working with Group Communications in effective change storytelling.
Core Knowledge & Experience
· Demonstrated experience applying change management techniques and tools.
· Demonstrated project management experience related to implementing large-scale change in an organization.
· Demonstrated ability to manage the successful transition from the current state to the desired culture, practices, structure, and overall organizational environment.
· Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills at all levels, with the ability to provide effective coaching through change.
· Strong communicator with the ability to impact and influence senior stakeholders.
· Experience working in a multinational organization is desirable.
· Good knowledge of Change Management methodologies.
