What you'll be doing
Our Analyst – People Data is responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting People data to provide actionable insights that support strategic HR decisions. This role works closely with People Partners, Talent, L&D and business and focuses on measures of workforce planning, retention, mobility, diversity & inclusion, and other HR related metrics.
Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from multiple sources.
Consolidate data from people and business stakeholders during for reporting purposes.
Monthly payroll audit to ensure compliance with budgets and provide recommendations based on business achievements.
Track and report on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, diversity, engagement, performance).
Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and predictive insights related HR Metrics.
Provide ad-hoc analysis for to support decision-making.
Conduct admin-related tasks e.g. launching Requisitions, follow up and execution of transfers
Maintain updated org charts regularly
Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities in data collection and reporting.
What you’ll need to succeed
2–4 years in HR analytics, people analytics, or business intelligence
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
