What you'll be doing  

Our Analyst – People Data is responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting People data to provide actionable insights that support strategic HR decisions. This role works closely with People Partners, Talent, L&D and business and focuses on measures of workforce planning, retention, mobility, diversity & inclusion, and other HR related metrics.

• Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from multiple sources.

• Consolidate data from people and business stakeholders during for reporting purposes.

• Monthly payroll audit to ensure compliance with budgets and provide recommendations based on business achievements.

• Track and report on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, diversity, engagement, performance).

• Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and predictive insights related HR Metrics.

• Provide ad-hoc analysis for to support decision-making.

• Conduct admin-related tasks e.g. launching Requisitions, follow up and execution of transfers

• Maintain updated org charts regularly

• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities in data collection and reporting.

What you’ll need to succeed  

• 2–4 years in HR analytics, people analytics, or business intelligence

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.

• Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
