What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Trainee to support the execution of visual merchandising activities across Jacquemus, Versace, and Farm Rio. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how brand identity, product presentation, store displays, and customer experience come together within the luxury retail industry.
The role is ideal for someone with a strong creative eye, a genuine interest in fashion, and the confidence to communicate and coordinate with different teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Executing visual merchandising guidelines across stores
Supporting store displays, mannequin styling, and product placement
Learning the brand DNA of Jacquemus, Versace, and Farm Rio
Coordinating with store teams, Buying, Marketing, VM teams, and Brand HQ
Supporting stock setup and in-store visual execution
Liaising with suppliers and supporting purchase orders, invoices, and related follow-ups
Adapting global brand guidelines with cultural awareness for the Middle East market
Supporting brand events and activations where required
This is a highly store-facing and operational role, so you should be comfortable moving between Dubai Design District, Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and other locations depending on business needs.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Passionate about fashion, luxury retail, styling, and brand presentation
Creative, with a strong visual and stylistic eye
Confident in communication and coordination
Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
Detail-oriented and able to follow through on tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
Open to early working hours, especially when supporting store setups
Comfortable with mall visits, store movement, and hands-on execution
Able to work with different stakeholders internally and externally

First 6 Months
During the first six months, you will be expected to:
Build a strong understanding of visual merchandising fundamentals
Learn the guidelines and brand DNA of Jacquemus, Versace, and Farm Rio
Support in-store displays, styling, and product placement
Develop strong coordination habits with internal and external stakeholders
Understand how cultural sensitivity and regional nuance shape VM execution
Build confidence in store visits, communication, and operational follow-through
