What you'll be doing
As a digital marketing associate you will focus on growing the business through digital marketing channels. You will manage social media, running paid campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing marketing spend to maximize returns. This role will focus on Lacoste, Guess, Tumi and Axel Arigato brands.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Campaign Management: Manage all social media channels - Collaborate with brand partners for co-marketing campaigns - Maintain a structured marketing calendar
Performance Marketing: Run and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads - Drive user acquisition, increase basket size, and improve reorder rates
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance across channels and devices - Set KPIs and create reporting systems - Use data to guide decisions
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets across brands - Optimize daily spend to improve ROI and ROAS - Focus on customer lifetime value (LTV)
Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages - Improve conversion rates - Optimize ad creatives (copy and visuals)
Strategy & Insights: Analyze customer journeys - Identify growth opportunities - Recommend and implement performance improvements
Stakeholder Management: Work with agencies, brand partners, and third parties - Maintain strong communication and collaboration
What you’ll need to succeed
Technical Skills: Google Ads and Meta Ads - Google Analytics - Basic HTML knowledge - SEO and SEM understanding
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and extract insights - Strong problem-solving skills
Experience: 2 years in performance marketing (agency experience preferred)
Soft Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills - Team player with good communication abilities
Arabic speaking would be an advantage
