What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for a curious, organized, and analytical Supply Chain Trainee to join our High-End Luxury team.
This traineeship is designed to give you broad exposure to how Supply Chain operates behind the scenes of luxury retail. Rather than focusing on one area, you will have the opportunity to rotate across different Supply Chain activities, gaining hands-on experience in stock allocation, merchandise planning, supplier coordination, operational materials, and return-to-vendor processes.
Working across a portfolio of seven luxury brands, you will learn how products and materials move from suppliers and warehouses to our stores, how teams determine where stock needs to go, and how Supply Chain contributes to store readiness and overall business performance.
Stock Allocation
Support the allocation and movement of stock from warehouses to stores.
Assist with warehouse coordination and day-to-day stock requirements.
Maintain Excel trackers and support allocation reporting.
Gain exposure to supply chain systems and evolving tools such as Blue Yonder.
PLV & Supplier Coordination
Support the management of operational and packaging materials such as shopping bags, stickers, and wrapping paper.
Assist with ordering materials from suppliers.
Coordinate requirements across locally sourced materials and international shipments.
Follow up on supplier timelines and stock availability to ensure stores have what they need.
Merchandise Planning
Support merchandise planning and order requirements across luxury brands.
Assist with planning products to be shipped to stores.
Work with planning data to understand stock requirements across different locations.
Learn how merchandise planning influences product availability, store readiness, and business performance.
Returns & Damages Coordination
Support Return-to-Vendor (RTV) processes for damaged or returned products.
Assist with the preparation and coordination of RTV orders.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on outstanding requests.
Learn how returned stock is coordinated between stores, warehouses, and vendors.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for someone who is interested in understanding how luxury retail works behind the scenes and is excited to build a strong foundation across different areas of Supply Chain.
You’ll ideally bring:
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field.
A genuine interest in Supply Chain, logistics, merchandise planning, or retail operations.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organization and follow-through.
A proactive mindset and willingness to ask questions and learn.
Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
Curiosity about systems, processes, and how products move through a retail business.
An interest in high-end luxury and the operational side of the industry.
Why Join This Traineeship?
If you've ever wondered how a luxury product actually makes its way from a supplier to the right store at the right time, this traineeship will give you that view.
You'll gain exposure to multiple areas of Supply Chain rather than being limited to one task or department, helping you discover where your strengths and interests lie while building practical experience in allocation, planning, supplier coordination, logistics, and retail operations.
It's a strong starting point for an early career in Supply Chain and an opportunity to understand the operational engine that keeps luxury retail moving.
