The SPARK Apprenticeship Program is designed to give ambitious Emirati talent an immersive introduction to the world of luxury retail through meaningful, hands-on experience across Chalhoub Group.

As a SPARK Apprentice, you'll join one of our teams and contribute to real business priorities while learning directly from experienced professionals. Depending on your background, interests and available opportunities, your journey could introduce you to career pathways across areas such as Marketing, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Technology & Data, Human Resources, Finance, Sustainability, Commercial, Creative, Retail Operations and more.

Rather than simply observing, you'll be encouraged to participate, ask questions, contribute ideas and gradually take ownership as you build your confidence and capabilities.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you may:

Gain practical experience within a business function aligned with your interests, strengths and career aspirations.
Support day-to-day projects, operations and business priorities alongside experienced professionals.
Work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders across the Group.
Contribute to research, reporting, presentations, data analysis, coordination and project delivery depending on your assigned function.
Develop an understanding of how different functions work together to deliver luxury experiences to our customers.
Participate in structured learning and development opportunities alongside your on-the-job experience.
Receive guidance, coaching and feedback to support your professional development.
Build your professional network and learn from colleagues across different levels and areas of the business.
Take increasing ownership of responsibilities as your knowledge and confidence develop.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We're looking for Emirati talent who are curious about the world of work and ready to turn their academic knowledge, interests and potential into practical experience.

You will ideally bring:

UAE National with a Family Book.
A Bachelor's degree or completing internship requirement with no courseload
A genuine willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Curiosity about luxury retail and the different careers that exist behind the customer experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to work with people from different teams and backgrounds.
A proactive approach
Good organization and time-management skills.
Confidence using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
Fresh thinking and the confidence to bring your own perspective to the team.
