What you'll be doing
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially minded Brand Manager to lead our Premium Fashion portfolio of brands across the region. This role offers the opportunity to shape the growth journey of the following brands: Adolfo Dominguez, Axel Arigato, MC2 Saint Barth and CWF, driving their success across Retail, Wholesale and E-commerce channels.
As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing commercial strategies, strengthening partnerships with brand principals, leading seasonal buying activities, and identifying opportunities to expand the brands' regional presence through new stores and digital channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building businesses, and is passionate about premium fashion. You will be responsible to:
Lead the commercial performance and strategic growth of a portfolio of aspirational fashion brands.
Develop Retail, Wholesale and E-commerce business opportunities across the region.
Evaluate and execute new store opening opportunities alongside regional stakeholders.
Manage delegated brand relationships, acting as the key commercial partner between Chalhoub Group and international brand principals.
Attend seasonal buying sessions, developing assortments that meet regional customer needs.
Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities and recommend actions to improve profitability.
Collaborate closely with Buying, Retail, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and external partners to ensure successful execution.
Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and brand partners to deliver long-term business success.
Lead and develop a future Buyer and Retail Manager
What you’ll need to succeed
5+ years' experience in Brand Management, Buying, Merchandising, Wholesale, Retail Management or a similar commercial fashion role.
Strong understanding of the fashion retail industry and regional market dynamics.
Experience managing premium or luxury fashion brands is highly desirable.
Commercial mindset with experience growing brands and delivering business performance.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Experience participating in buying, assortment planning or commercial product decisions
Comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
Willingness to travel frequently across the region and internationally
