What you'll be doing  

As a Supply Chain Trainee, you will join our Travel Retail team for a 6-month structured development program designed to build your expertise across the end-to-end supply chain. You will gain hands-on exposure to inventory management, demand planning, supplier coordination, and operational analytics, while working closely with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day supply chain operations. By the end of the program, you will have led a business improvement project and developed the skills needed to contribute effectively to supply chain excellence within the travel retail industry.

Responsibilities:

• Support store replenishment, inventory monitoring, and stock transfers across the network.

• Manage stock discrepancies, aging stock, and negative stock in coordination with the operations team.

• Analyze historical sales and passenger traffic trends to support demand forecasting.

• Assist with stock planning for promotional campaigns, peak travel periods, and new brand launches.

• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs and recommend replenishment actions.

• Track purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

• Monitor inbound shipments and warehouse receiving performance.

• Support import documentation and lead-time management for import brands.

• Analyze key inventory KPIs, including sell-through, fill rate, stock cover, and aging.

• Develop reports and identify opportunities for inventory optimization.

• Lead a supply chain improvement project and present findings, business impact, and recommendations.

• Document key learnings and best practices throughout the program.

What you’ll need to succeed  

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or industrial engineering

• Fluent in both Arabic and English

• Eligible for Tamheer program.
