What you'll be doing
The People Experience & Culture Associate supports the delivery of the Group’s engagement and wellbeing agenda, helping create an inclusive, connected, and supportive workplace where employees feel valued and able to thrive.
The role coordinates Group-wide engagement and wellbeing programmes across offices, stores, and warehouses, working closely with People Partners, local People Experience & Culture teams, leaders, Group Communications, employee champions, and external providers. It uses employee insights and feedback to continuously improve programmes and ensure they remain relevant, accessible, and responsive to the needs of the Group’s diverse workforce.
What you’ll need to succeed
Key Accountabilities
Group Engagement and Wellbeing Activation
Coordinate the development and delivery of the Group-wide engagement and wellbeing calendar, ensuring initiatives are timely, relevant, and aligned with People Experience & Culture priorities.
Manage the end-to-end execution of Group-wide campaigns and initiatives across offices, stores, and warehouses.
Develop activation guidelines, toolkits, and resources that enable countries and businesses to deliver initiatives consistently while adapting them to local workforce needs.
Partner with People Partners and local People & Culture teams to coordinate implementation, monitor progress, and address activation challenges.
Ensure initiatives are relevant and accessible to the Group’s diverse workforce, with particular consideration for store and warehouse colleagues.
Employee Insights and Impact Measurement
Use insights from employee surveys, pulse checks, participation data, feedback channels, and programme evaluations to identify needs and areas for improvement.
Translate employee insights into practical recommendations and targeted engagement and wellbeing actions in collaboration with the wider People Experience & Culture team.
Track engagement and wellbeing indicators and prepare reports and presentations highlighting reach, participation, impact, emerging trends, and improvement opportunities.
Wellbeing Partnerships, Benefits and Resources
Build and maintain external partnerships that provide relevant wellbeing services, preferential offers, and exclusive benefits to employees across the Group.
Assess potential partners and offerings based on their relevance, quality, accessibility, scalability, and employee value.
Act as the custodian of wellbeing benefits, resources, and support offerings, ensuring information remains accurate, relevant, and easy to access.
Maintain an overview of wellbeing offerings across countries and identify opportunities to improve consistency, awareness, accessibility, and utilisation.
Monitor employee feedback, utilisation, and provider performance to recommend improvements to existing offerings.
Conduct research and benchmarking to identify emerging practices, technologies, services, and solutions in employee engagement and wellbeing.
Communications and Awareness
Develop clear and engaging content for Group-wide engagement and wellbeing campaigns across relevant internal and external channels.
Collaborate with Group Communications to ensure campaigns align with the Group’s narrative, tone of voice, brand standards, and communication calendar.
Create adaptable communication materials that local teams can tailor to their audiences while maintaining consistency in the core message.
Support employee storytelling and recognition initiatives that strengthen connection, inclusion, belonging, and the desired Group culture.
Wellbeing and Engagement Enablement
Develop practical guidance and resources that enable leaders and People Partners to embed engagement and wellbeing practices into everyday team routines and conversations.
Coordinate and support the network of wellbeing advocates, engagement champions, and communities.
Provide champions with the communications, resources, and guidance required to activate initiatives and encourage participation within their local populations.
Create opportunities for champions and local teams to exchange insights, feedback, and effective practices.
Wellbeing Recognition and Award Submissions
Identify relevant wellbeing awards and manage submission requirements, criteria, supporting evidence, and timelines.
Curate compelling award submissions by bringing together programme information, employee insights, impact measures, success stories, and evidence from across the Group.
Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure submissions accurately represent the Group’s wellbeing strategy, practices, and achievements.
Maintain a central repository of programme data, case studies, testimonials, and outcomes to support future submissions and external recognition opportunities.
