What you'll be doing

We are looking for an experienced Coach to manage and supervise a team of 25–30 Fragrance Consultants across Cairo & Giza.

• Drive team sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.

• Manage team schedules, shifts, days off, attendance, appearance, and performance.

• Conduct frequent store visits and provide hands-on field supervision.

• Handle staff issues, escalations, PDPs, promotions, and day-to-day team requirements.

• Coordinate with Store Managers to resolve staff or store-related issues.

• Prepare regular commercial reports covering sales performance, best sellers, slow movers, and recommended actions.

• Ensure brand standards and customer service standards are consistently maintained.

• Report directly to the Brand Manager on team performance and commercial updates.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3 years or more of experience as an Area Manager, Retail Manager, or Multi-Store Manager.

• Proven experience managing 20+ frontline employees across multiple locations.

• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

• Strong Excel/MS Office skills.

• Highly flexible with working hours and locations, and comfortable being on the ground across Cairo & Giza most of the time.

• Experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, FMCG, or retail is a must.

• Strong sales, people management, and leadership skills.

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
