What you'll be doing 

• Shadowing Talent Acquisition Partners and attending hiring meetings and interviews to build a strong foundation in end-to-end recruitment.

• Supporting candidate sourcing across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, and contributing to the building of talent pipelines and talent maps for key brands.

• Conducting supervised phone screenings and preparing candidate summaries in line with the Group's evaluation standards.

• Coordinating interview scheduling, supporting assessment days, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

• Assisting in the coordination of start programs in collaboration with Chalhoub University.

• Attending hiring manager briefings and co-conducting interviews to gain exposure to stakeholder management and hiring calibration discussions.

• Supporting the offer and approvals process, onboarding coordination, and recruitment compliance documentation.

• Contributing to recruitment reporting and dashboards by tracking key hiring metrics and KPIs.

• Managing selected entry-level requisitions end-to-end and leading a recruitment initiative — such as a walk-in hiring event, campus recruitment drive, or employer branding project — upon program completion.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business Administration. 

• Fresh Graduate. 

• Eligible for Tamheer.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills. 

• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
