What you'll be doing
Our Senior associate – Digital Marketing is responsible for driving the digital strategy of the business with a strong focus on local online advertising and ROI for the Brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Manager in the development of the yearly digital marketing strategy; agree on action plans, initiatives and finalize the yearly campaigns calendar (in line with Global calendar)
- Work closely with the eCommerce Department for online campaigns
- Drive revenue growth across multiple countries working across display advertising, PPC, retargeting, and paid social
- Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising with focus on conversion and lead generation
- Develop strong rapport with agency partners and provide them with recommendations for optimizing performance across all channels (paid search, paid social, display)
- Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
- Optimise the advertising campaigns with focus on conversions and new customers
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests on ad platforms
- Exercise email marketing initiatives, including the calendar, creatives, segmentation, testing, optimization, and website triggers
- Analyse online customer and update action plan accordingly to reach defined goals (drive traffic to site, store, online sales, feedback gathering etc.)
- Monitor Brand’s online reputation & awareness by ensuring relevant online presence and content management
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyze data to optimize the digital strategy, identifying opportunities and conducting testing across all channels
- Regularly post and update organic social channels for FACES Egypt – i.e. Instagram, Tiktok etc.
- Plan & execute marketing campaigns for omnichannel marketing, drive eCom sales from store customers and vice versa.
- Work with the creative teams to brief in high performing creatives
- Work with the marketing team to write the impactful Adcopy for paid ads
- Manage influencer marketing and activations with the influencers
What you’ll need to succeed

- Have experience in executing campaigns across META and paid social / paid search channels
- Understand media mix and media budget allocation across marketing channels
- Understand different parts of the marketing funnel and the right mix between awareness and performance marketing
- Can play with large sets of data and have hands on experience in Excel, Google Sheets.
- Ability to make data derived decisions-based on historical learnings and insights
- Have the creative acumen and able to understand the importance of creative in marketing
- Experience with managing influencers and negotiating activations
