On behalf of Wear That, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail & Commercial Manager to lead our Styling Department at Wear That. This leader will oversee day-to-day operations while driving commercial growth, managing multimillion-dollar revenue targets, and inspiring a large team of stylists to achieve excellence in client service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy & Sales Growth

• Develop and implement business strategies to grow revenue and increase customer retention.
• Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze commercial performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with buying, marketing, and operations teams to drive product success.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a large team of stylists, managers, and support staff.
• Drive a performance-oriented culture through clear KPIs, regular reviews, and personalized development plans.
• Build a succession pipeline by identifying and developing internal talent.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily operations within the styling department, ensuring maximum efficiency and client satisfaction
• Develop and enforce operational processes that scale with business growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to customer experience, fulfilment, and service deliver

Client Experience & Brand Representation

• Ensure a premium, personalized client experience aligned with Wear That’s brand values.
• Partner with marketing to develop customer engagement campaigns and product launches.
• Stay ahead of fashion and retail industry trends to innovate service offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar revenue-generating departments in fashion, retail, or subscription-based models.
• Strong track record of delivering commercial growth through sales and client engagement strategies.
• Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
• Passion for fashion and personalized styling.
