What you'll be doing
You will help to foster transparency, engagement, and connection across our Group, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our internal communication strategy resonates with team members at all levels, creating a culture of trust and alignment.
You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Internal Communications and collaborate with the wider Communications team to bring our strategy to life, delivering high-quality, consistent messaging and experiences across all platforms, while championing employee engagement through impactful communications and best in class internal events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and communication champions to execute the internal communications strategy.
- Create content and deliver engaging, transparent, and timely communications on our internal social platform ensuring consistency in tone and quality and a high engagement rate.
- Support/Lead on the planning and execution of Internal Group Events such as Group Seminar, Leadership Conferences, Townhalls, etc.
- Publish a daily newsletter with up to date news, on time.
- Create and publish content to support employee advocacy through the internal social platform.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and deliver a consolidated monthly report with key highlights and actions.
- Be a trusted partner to our verticals and departments, providing guidance on communication best practices to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Own the centralization of all news internally.
- Be the guardian of Chalhoub Group Brand Identity and Communication standard for all internal use, in alignment with the Communication Content Guidelines for the Group.
- Work closely with our People & Culture Comms Partner to create and follow a content calendar for all people / HR related news and updates
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience in internal communications, marketing, employee engagement, event management or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing multiple communication channels, including digital platforms and intranets.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset, with a passion for connecting with people and amplifying their voices.
