What You'll Be Doing
The eCommerce Manager is responsible for driving the eCommerce strategy, managing the online P&L, and optimizing profitable growth. This role involves leveraging data insights, performance marketing, operations and online merchandising strategies to deliver a world-class customer experience while collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party agencies.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the annual ecommerce strategy and own its P&L / budget in close collaboration with the business leader and in line with the brand’s overarching strategy and objectives.
• Manage product, pricing, and promotional strategies to drive site performance and build synergies across all channels (Retail, eCommerce, e-Retail, etc.)
• Develop and execute a compelling product assortment based on customer preferences, inventory (ISA), performances and trends. This includes a smooth execution of promotions and campaigns as well as ensuring the site is optimal and content regularly updated.
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive traffic and conversions.
• Use web data to track and manage ecommerce KPIs, identify areas of improvement, understand customer behaviour and optimize marketing performance.
• Work closely with the Product team to ensure the different products deliver an exceptional and consistent customer experience.
• Build a robust team and manage their performance through constant guidance, mentoring and career growth advice.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
• Proven experience in eCommerce management (ideally in an omnichannel environment) with expertise in performance / digital marketing, merchandising, and P&L management.
• Data-driven decision-maker with experience in web analytics and managing eCommerce performance dashboards.
• Excellent business acumen
• Agile with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
