E-tailers Associate (Level Shoes)

What you'll be doing 

As an Associate E-tailer, you will be responsible for supporting the e-commerce team with daily operations, managing product listings, analyzing sales data, ensuring a smooth online shopping experience, and helping enhance our digital presence.

Operations:

  • Onboarding of new stock on Farfetch platform, ensuring maximum product uploads.
  • Define and own key operational KPIs, ensuring business-wide adoption.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to scale operations and achieve KPIs.
  • Establish and roll out best practices for operations across all brands.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify and resolve challenges, providing necessary support.
  • Prepare and share weekly operational reports, covering OOS (out-of-stock), resource shortages, training needs, and key callouts.

Analytics :

  • Ability to analyse data effectively to make confident decisions and identify opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Commercial:

  • Develop and execute trading strategies to drive sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong partnerships with e-tailers to expand brand presence on their platforms.
  • Drive innovation through new trading, merchandising, and marketing strategies.


What you’ll need to succeed  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Preferably, prior experience in e-commerce or online retail.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using Excel or other data analysis tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
