What you'll be doing
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for beauty technology and a proven track record in sales management to join our team as a Sales Manager - Dyson Beauty. This role is responsible for driving the growth of Dyson’s hair care and beauty products across the GCC region, managing both direct and indirect sales channels. As a Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategies to expand market share, build strong relationships with key retail partners, and ensure the successful positioning of Dyson’s innovative beauty solutions across diverse market. Your responsibilities will include:
• Manage and expand relationships with key retailers, e-tailers, and distributors across all GCC countries to maximize sales of Dyson beauty products.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly revenue targets, focusing on both direct and indirect channels.
• Coordinate with retail partners to ensure effective inventory management, product availability, and timely replenishment.
• Drive sell-in and sell-out performance through targeted campaigns and in store activations.
• Identify new market opportunities within the GCC and develop go-to-market strategies for Dyson’s hair care and beauty range.
• Build and maintain partnerships with premium salons, beauty chains, and luxury retailers
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop tailored business plans for each GCC market, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives.
• Work closely with marketing teams to plan and execute brand campaigns, product launches, and beauty masterclasses.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and premium positioning across all touchpoints, including in-store displays and online channels.
• Leverage customer insights and feedback to refine sales strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate on influencer partnerships and digital marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and engagement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members, fostering a high performance and collaborative culture.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance reports to senior management.
• Act as a key liaison between local market teams and regional leadership to align on business goals and priorities.

What you’ll need to succeed
• Proven track record of managing multi-channel sales operations across GCC countries.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute plans in fast-paced, evolving markets.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with premium beauty brands or high-end retail channels in the GCC region.
• Familiarity with merchandising, demand planning, and promotional strategies specific to the beauty industry.
• Passion for beauty technology and an understanding of luxury consumer behavior.
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience within a sales or business development
team.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred, given the regional market focus.
