What you'll be doing
We are seeking a visionary Senior Graphic Designer to lead Tryano’s creative design function as we enter a new era of brand evolution. This role is instrumental in steering the creative identity of Tryano, from spearheading our upcoming rebrand launch to developing our new website in 2026. You will manage and inspire a team of one to two designers, ensuring every creative output reflects the sophistication, innovation, and luxury positioning of our brand.
Brand & Campaign Design
- Lead the graphic design direction for major campaign launches in close collaboration with the Content Manager, from ideation to execution, ensuring consistent storytelling across all platforms.
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual identities, including the rollout of Tryano’s rebrand and new website.
- Oversee campaign design in cases where no photoshoots are conducted, creating strong visual narratives.
- Approve and refine work from junior designers, ensuring alignment with creative standards and brand guidelines.
Digital & Social Media
- Drive the creation of high-quality digital assets across social media, email marketing, paid ads, and e-commerce platform once launched.
- Develop innovative motion graphics, reels, and dynamic content tailored for luxury digital experiences.
- Optimize visual assets for each platform, balancing creativity with performance.
Packaging & Print Design
- Conceptualize and execute packaging that embodies Tryano’s luxury identity, from bags and boxes to gift cards and vouchers.
- Design premium event invitations, catalogues, and seasonal print collateral.
- Partner with print suppliers to deliver flawless final outputs.
Retail & Visual Merchandising
- Create impactful in-store visuals, signage, and digital screen content that enhance the customer journey.
- Collaborate with VM teams to adapt assets for windows, displays, and digital touchpoints.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of one to two designers, fostering creativity, accountability, and excellence.
- Partner cross-functionally with content, marketing, buying, CRM, and visual merchandising teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.
- Ensure all designs embody Tryano’s luxury positioning while remaining innovative and trend-aware.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience: 3–5 years in graphic design, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role within luxury, fashion, beauty or lifestyle industries.
- Ecommerce - experience creating visually compelling, on-brand digital content that drives product sales, brand engagement, and user experience across digital channels.
- Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Canva, and knowledge of AI design tools.
- Creative Edge: Strong concept development, visual storytelling, typography, and color mastery, with a portfolio showcasing high-impact campaigns.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and inspire a creative team while driving multiple projects to completion.
- Innovation: Skills in motion graphics, animation, and emerging digital tools (3D and AR/VR design experience is a plus).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance creativity with business objectives, translating trends and insights into design excellence.
