What you'll be doing
Working as a Senior Graphic Designer you will be responsible for delivering high-impact visual assets across digital, print, retail, packaging, and campaign touchpoints. You will be the lead creative executor within the homeware division, elevating the brand’s visual expression, ensuring consistency across all markets, and translating guidelines into compelling, culturally relevant assets.
You will collaborates closely with Marketing, Content, VM, Ecommerce, Buying, CX, Retail, and external creative partners to support 360° brand initiatives. You will oversee the full Homeware division portfolio, including full ownership and execution for Tanagra and asset adaptations for delegation brands (Baccarat, Christofle, Daum, Bernardaud, Villari, offering exposure to both regional and global brand ecosystems.
With support from the Senior Marketing Manager, you will also guide the workload and development of junior designer(s).
Key Responsibilities
Creative Development & Execution
Lead the design and execution of campaign key visuals, layouts, and brand assets across all channels.
Translate strategic briefs and brand guidelines into strong creative concepts and premium visual expressions.
Develop refined visuals for digital, social, print, packaging, in-store activations, and trade materials.
Ensure all assets meet luxury brand standards and reflect elevated visual identity principles.
Team Guidance & Workflow Oversight
Manage the junior designer(s)’ workload, quality of delivery, and day-to-day creative output with the support of the Head of Marketing.
Provide constructive feedback, design direction, and mentorship to support skill development and elevate team output.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with Marketing, VM, Content, PR, Buying, CRM, Ecommerce and Retail teams to deliver holistic, on-brand creative solutions.
Attend photoshoots with the content team when required, contributing creative input, ensuring asset usability, and refining visual decisions.
Collaborate with the Buying team and brand partners on product development projects, ensuring all outputs align with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
Liaise with external creative vendors, printers, freelancers and agencies as needed to support project delivery.
Design Systems & Brand Consistency
Maintain, refine, and evolve brand guidelines, toolkits, templates, and asset libraries.
Develop seasonal design systems for campaigns and product launches.
Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints, markets, and delegation brands.
Quality Control & Production
Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork files for both print and digital formats.
Oversee proofing, color accuracy, and final artwork refinements across vendors.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and strong attention to detail.
What you will need to succeed
5–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); motion or animation Basic knowledge.
Strong command of typography, layout, composition, and brand identity systems.
Demonstrated experience working within luxury visual language and elevated aesthetics.
Solid understanding of print production, packaging, colour management, and digital specifications.
Ability to independently interpret complex briefs and translate them into polished, premium outputs.
Strong time management, communication, and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and dealing with multiple stakeholders.
Proactive mindset, ability to take initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement.
