What you'll be doing
The Supply Planner will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply planning and inventory operations for assigned brands within the KSA market, ensuring accuracy, availability, and cost efficiency. The role includes processing and monitoring purchase orders, following up with suppliers, managing shortages, and coordinating deliveries, transfers, and returns to vendors (RTV).
Key responsibilities also include:
Manage end-to-end supply planning and inventory operations for assigned brands within the KSA market.
Process, monitor, and follow up on purchase orders, including shortages, backorders, and deliveries.
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely supply and issue resolution.
Perform store stock checks, stock analysis, and inventory reconciliations across stores and warehouses.
Execute and track inter-store and inter-country transfers, returns to vendors (RTV), and stock liquidation activities.
Support and present supply planning and S&OP inputs.
Calculate, track, and analyze KPIs to support decision-making.
Maintain item creation, pricing updates, and landed cost calculations in the system.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, invoices, and negative stock.
Collaborate closely with merchandising, logistics, finance, and stock control teams.
Ensure compliance with supply chain policies, processes, and system accuracy.
What you’ll need to succeed
3 years of experience in retail or pharmaceutical industries
Advanced Excel (must)
SAP (nice to have)
Strong analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication with the ability to influence and challenge
Confident, adaptable, and diplomatic
