What you'll be doing  

To ensure efficient stock flow, accuracy, and availability, supporting sales performance while minimizing stock risks.

• Maintain accurate stock levels across stores and warehouses

• Monitor stock movements (inbound, outbound, transfers)

• Monitor and execute inter-store transfers to balance stock across locations

• Follow up on store replenishment and allocations to ensure timely availability

• Ensure the right stock is distributed based on store performance and demand

• Track and follow up on purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely delivery

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on stock. 

What you’ll need to succeed  

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proactive follow-up and coordination skills

• Advanced Excel (must)

• Oracle (nice to have)
