What you'll be doing  

We are looking for a passionate and driven Associate – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team in Amman, Jordan. In this role, you will support recruitment across our Jordan operations—primarily for junior to mid-level positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, engage with universities, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Jordan: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, assessments, and offers.

• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines, including early-career and university engagement initiatives.

• Source, screen, and take ownership of Trainee hiring and manage trainee journey, feedback and talent pool for future roles.

• Use selection tools and assessment methods (competency-based interviews, assessment centres, psychometric tests) as required.

• Create engaging job adverts and post across relevant job portals and channels.

• Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and ensure ATS and systems compliance; provide regular updated on recruitment metrics and pipeline health.

• Support HR Operations onsite when needed to ensure smooth recruitment-to-onboarding handover.

• Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and follow-up.

• Participate in recruitment review meetings and contribute insights on local talent trends and employer branding.

What you’ll need to succeed  

• 2–3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.

• Strong sourcing experience and ability to build proactive pipelines (including university relations and early-talent programmes).

• Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.

• Detail-oriented, energetic, proactive and positive interviewer/candidate presence.

• Experience with ATS, Excel reporting and familiarity with HR/recruitment tools (SAP/Power BI an advantage).

• Background in Retail, FMCG or Hospitality is desirable.
