The Junior Photographer will support with the efficient delivery of e-commerce imagery by increasing studio capacity, reducing reliance on external resources, and enabling faster turnaround times. The role contributes to cost control, consistent visual quality, and scalable content production while developing in-house technical capability within the studio

What you'll be doing  

• Capture still life e-commerce imagery in line with Level Shoes brand and studio guidelines

• Assist with studio preparation, ensuring sets, lighting, and equipment are ready ahead of shoots

• Assist with the preparation of products for photography & styling teams, ensuring items are shoot ready

• Support with product styling to Level guidelines, maintaining consistency across categories

• Help manage daily workloads to ensure shoot schedules are met, escalating any risks or delays early

• Maintain studio organization, ensuring shooting areas remain tidy, efficient, and production-ready

• Support day-to-day studio administration, including site walks, QC & imagery uploads.

What you’ll need to succeed  

• 2+ years working in an ecommerce studio environment

• A portfolio that shows creativity, technical knowledge and practical experience of studio lighting

• High technical proficiency in Mac computers and software. Fluency in Photoshop CS, Bridge, and Capture One Pro is preferrable

• The ability to work well within a team working under pressure with the right attitude

• Ability to manage your own workload and targets.
