What you'll be doing
Our Senior Associate - People Partner will support the management of employee relations cases and drive people data and analytics tasks and projects within their scope. Reporting to the Senior People Partner, this role supports the delivery of people insights, reporting, and analytics initiatives, while contributing to employee relations activities across the People & Culture, Group Management, and Group Transform verticals.
Be present, approachable, and available to team members, responding to requests and providing day-to-day support.
Act as a trusted listening ear, offering guidance and advice on conflict management, giving and receiving feedback (including upward feedback), and managing team dynamics.
Support and manage employee relations matters, ensuring appropriate investigation, documentation, and follow-up of grievances in line with policy and legislation.
Analyse, share, and act on key outcomes from employee surveys (e.g. Voice of People, Great Place to Work), translating insights into practical actions and initiatives.
Create and support the implementation of strategies to enable and promote internal mobility opportunities.
Support the Senior People Partner during budget cycles by preparing, analysing, and interpreting people data, dashboards, and reports.
Drive people data and analytics tasks and projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights.
Support the Transform Project Management team with time allocation tracking and cost split analysis for Super Users, Testers, and Data Owners involved in the program, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with Chalhoub Business’s People Team.
Partner with stakeholders across People & Culture, Group Management, and Group Transform to provide data-driven insights and support informed decision-making.
What you’ll need to succeed
Numerically and financially savvy, with the ability to work confidently with budgets, cost analysis, and data-driven insights.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with HR systems, surveys, and reporting tools
