What you'll be doing  

 We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and support the planning, forecasting, and performance analysis of the business operations.

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to support budgeting cycles, financial modelling, and operational analysis. The ideal candidate is someone analytical, resilient, and confident in communicating financial insights that help guide business decisions.

The position offers strong exposure to operations and supply chain finance and is ideal for someone early in their FP&A career who is looking to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles across the business.

• Assist in building and maintaining financial models to support strategic and operational decisions.

• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.

• Monitor and analyze operational costs and unit economics.

• Support the monthly closing process, including accruals and financial reconciliations.

• Work closely with business teams to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

• Assist in analyzing supply chain and operational performance metrics.

What you’ll need to succeed  

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Operations Finance.

• Experience in consumer-driven industries such as retail, FMCG, or product-based businesses is preferred.

• Exposure to supply chain or logistics finance is highly desirable (3PL, shipping, distribution, etc.).

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Able to translate financial data into clear insights for the business.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• A strong team player with good stakeholder management skills.
